In which countries are you active?

We mainly supply florists in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Florists and companies in neighbouring countries can also register; we will then look at the possibilities together.

Who do you deliver flowers and plants to?

We supply exclusively to professional florists and floricultural businesses.

Can private customers also place orders with you?

No, we only supply to professional florists and horticultural businesses. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders from private individuals.

Become a customer

Who can become a customer?

Only professional florists and floricultural businesses in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Are you located in a neighbouring country? Feel free to register – we will then explore the possibilities together.

How can I register?

Are you interested in our product range, but don't have an account yet? Simply fill in the Become a Customer form on our registration page. After checking your details, your personal account manager will contact you to provide your login details and guide you through our webshop.

Are there any costs associated with becoming a customer?

No, registration is free of charge.

Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order via our webshop. Log in with your account, add the desired products to your shopping cart and complete the order. On the departure day you have chosen, we will purchase your order fresh, check the quality and ensure careful packaging. Your order will be delivered the next morning.

Can I also make purchases via the lorry?

Yes, you can! Our route sales follow fixed routes. Please contact us to find out what options are available to you.

Why can't I remove items from my shopping basket?

Because we work with live stock, every product you place in your shopping cart is reserved for 10 minutes. Within this time, you can still remove the product or adjust the number of stems. After 10 minutes, your selection is final and no further changes can be made.

Is there a minimum order amount?

The minimum spend depends on your region and the chosen delivery method. For exact amounts, please contact your account manager or our office.

What are the delivery days?

We deliver online orders from Tuesday to Saturday. Lorry routes run from Monday to Thursday. Please note: this may vary depending on the region.

Do you also deliver plants?

Yes, plants are available to customers on our own delivery route.

Invoices & Payments

Where can I find my invoices?

You will automatically receive the invoice when the order is dispatched, which is on the departure date you have chosen. Delivery will take place the following morning.

I am missing an invoice, what should I do?

You can find your invoices in our webshop under Your Account > Invoices. There you can view and download them without obligation.

Contact and support

I have a complaint about a delivery, what should I do?

Please contact your account manager or our office at info@kjheemskerk.nl. We will issue the credit note as soon as possible and send it to you.

Always include photos of the product in question so that we can process your request more quickly and correctly.

How can I contact your customer service department?

You can contact our customer service department at: sales@kjheemskerk.nl or +31 650403268. Your account manager is also always available to answer questions, take orders or provide advice.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Can I receive assistance with product selection or orders?

Is it possible to have a designated contact person?

Yes, as a customer, you will always be assigned a dedicated account manager. This means you will have a single point of contact who knows your company, wishes and preferences inside out.
